Summer Lovin' Happened So Fast...

John and I just got back from our vacation together. This is the first time we've gone on a big vacation since our honeymoon and the first time we've left Asher for more then one night. We stayed at the Sun Palace in Cancun. It was an all-inclusive resort. We REALLY enjoyed ourselves. The waking up late, numerous restaurants, drinks, naps, staying up late, no responsibilities...aaahhh...it was nice (but we are really glad to be home with our family).

The Michael Yackson (Jackson in Spanish) Show. This show rocked. I don't think it was just the really strong margaritas either ;). They performed to all his hits. We had a blast. Across the way from us was this dude who knew every dance move to every Michael Jackson song. I swear he memorized all his music videos growing up.

These are pictures from the International Dance Show we went to one night. John didn't much enjoy this one, but I thought it was fun. They had many different dances honoring several different countries.

So, I had to take a picture with Spiderman for Asher. He loves Spiderman.

We had an iguana that loved being near the resort. Actually there were two. They were really fun to watch. When John and I went to town on our way back John decided to take pictures of several he saw off in the woods. Well, he tried to tell me twice what we were looking at and of course I couldn't hear so I didn't want to ask a third time. That is until I heard something running at me from the woods. While I'm running away I was thinking it sure would be nice to know what's chasing me. It was hilarious. Crazy iguana.

The Drum and Fire show played on the beach the last night we were there. I loved it. The pictures of course did not turn out so here's the only one I'll post.
