Christmas, oh how we love you

We just love this time of year! It is so much fun celebrating all the holidays and more importantly spending time with family. We enjoy all the activites AND celebrating the all important Jesus' birthday!! The boys enjoyed making cookies for Santa. At first we couldn't find our Christmas cookie cutters so we had an assortment of shapes i.e. bunnies, dinosaurs... Asher with his stocking. Tryston got up a little early for me to capture him opening his (we stay out REALLY late with the Salinas family Christmas Eve--I have an excuse).

The ONLY present Asher wanted...a Buzz Lightyear city. Everytime we'd ask him what he wanted for Christmas this is what he would say and he'd add "that's all". We figured out it came from the Toys-R-Us commercial (no they did not show a Buzz Lightyear city, but at the start all the toys come to life and it shows Buzz so that's where he came up with this--thank you Mom for the excellent fine).

All Tryston wanted was money. I know what you're thinking, but he was wanting to save up for a flat screen tv for his room. Well, since money is only so fun to open we wrapped a present within a present and so on. Hee hee, it was fun.

Yes, I'll give you one of me. I'm excited about this because I'm working to become a teacher and I'd LOVE to have this on my desk. It's going to look cute in my classroom and...it's DOTS.
